01 / About the artist
Dr Discode
Dr Discode trained as an engineer with a deep pull toward Computational Fluid Dynamics. He set out to become a CFD engineer — his career eventually took a different path, but his fascination with computational geometry and mesh generation never left him.
Years spent moving between different working environments, and among people of very different backgrounds, left him thinking often about the complexity of human society. Every person, he noticed, is a bit like every computational mesh: built from different structures and perspectives, yet part of something far larger than any single node.
MESHOORA is that observation turned into art — engineering discipline meeting a genuinely personal way of seeing people.

Meshes, made to mean something
Each piece starts life as a real computational mesh, generated from simple two-dimensional geometry with professional CFD meshing tools. From there it's reshaped through digital coloring and design until it has its own identity and character. Nothing here is a simulation result — the collection borrows engineering's language to talk about diversity, individuality, and the fine, intricate connections that hold a society together.
Real meshes, not renders
Every artwork begins as an actual CFD mesh built from simple 2D geometry — the same techniques used in engineering practice.
Color as identity, not decoration
Each mesh carries its own palette — no fixed rule, no repeated formula. The variation in color is deliberate: it mirrors how no two people, or perspectives, are built the same way.
